At Village Gate Supply, the name we carry holds deep significance to us, both personally and professionally. Our journey began with a conversation between co-founders Tyler Anderson and me, Clark Costa, as we were brainstorming ideas for our HVAC supply company. Tyler asked me a simple but powerful question: "What names hold meaning for you?"
As I reflected on this, I thought back to my father, Paul Costa. He was a man who devoted his life to ministry, serving others and spreading compassion through his work. My father’s legacy was deeply impactful, and one of his dreams was to plant a church in his hometown of Port Chester, NY. In the years leading up to his passing in 2015, we had many conversations about the vision for this church. My father envisioned calling it "Village Gate Church." The name represented something much more than just a building; it spoke to the heart of his ministry—a place that welcomed everyone, a threshold to something greater, a gateway to community, faith, and support.
In honor of my father’s vision and his unwavering commitment to service, Tyler and I decided to name our HVAC supply company Village Gate Supply. To us, this name serves as both a tribute to my father and a reflection of the values we want to bring into the work we do. The "village gate" symbolizes an entry point to something larger, a place where people come together, collaborate, and find what they need to thrive.
Just as a gate to a village serves as a point of connection and protection, we see Village Gate Supply as a place that facilitates access to quality HVAC products and reliable service. Our commitment is not just to deliver supplies; it’s to open the door for success and progress in every project we touch. Whether you are a contractor or a homeowner, we aim to be the gateway that leads you to the right solutions for your heating and cooling needs.
The village gate is also a symbol of hospitality and protection. It’s a place that not only offers access but safeguards the community within. At Village Gate Supply, we’re committed to ensuring the same level of care and security for every customer. We understand the importance of reliability in the HVAC industry, and we strive to provide products and services that offer both peace of mind and long-term value.
We hope that, like the village gate, our company can be a threshold to positive experiences and successful outcomes. Our name is a reminder of the legacy we carry forward, the relationships we build, and the doors we open for those we serve.
Thank you for choosing Village Gate Supply. We are honored to be part of your journey.
